I need to lose weight

If losing weight crossed your mind over the holidays then it would be a great idea to take action on it.

I’ll be giving a weight loss seminar next monday night Jan. 12th here at my clinic.  I’ve got room for 8 and that’s it.

No gimmicks, but rather a structured approach that will identify why you haven’t been able to lose weight, or have had all the ups and downs.

Do you have a thyroid disorder, a brain issue with the hypothalamus, a blood sugar problem, are you anemic, are your adrenals shot?  Those are jsut a few things I’ll explore during the class.

You can check out my Edling Chiropractic and wellness facebook page for a couple of testimonials of patients who have been through our program and their experiences and successes.   Here is the link.  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Edling-Chiropractic-and-Wellness/87940295179

The holidays were really a lot of fun for me.  I got to pick up my son Connor at the airport and spend some great time with him.

I was hungry!!

Riley has been busy trying to figure out where he wants to go to college.  It’s down to Luther college, Winona St, or Concordia of St. Paul.  He also wants to play football.  I know he can do it.  He’s finally realizing how important grades are and he knows football doesn’t last forever.

Mary and I did some fun parties over the holidays.  Too much as a matter of fact but they were all really fun.  New Years Bowling and celebrating our 21st Anniversary with Riley and his buddies and parents was a ton of fun.  We went to a Christmas play with Sunway Inc. (Tim and Julie Skiba’s company) and that was really a lot of fun.  And, we went to our first wine tasting party where each couple brought a case of wine and then we tasted them without knowing who’s wine was whose.  I bought a case at valley spirits here in Osceola, it was called Whiplash.  It’s a deep cab and to my surprise it won!!  I guess I must be either very lucky, or a pretty good wine taster.  Actually, I think I just liked the name of the wine and thought that was cool.

I did a ton of X-skiing over the holidays on the Birkie trail.  Boy those are some monster hills in the north end of the birkie trail north of OO.  I’m in good shape, now it’s time to race!

Ok, I am truly blessed to be able to share my thoughts, my vision, and be able to help others attain a substantial improvement in the quality of your life.

I’ll be doing a lot of educational classes this year and I bought a new video cam so I can start sharing on you tube and my facebook patients success stories and videos to help educate on a better way of living and being.

P.S.  I even burned down all the fence without burning down the neighborhood.  That’s pretty good!

Didn't burn down the neighborhood!

  • Mother nature knows what to do.

I had an incredible weekend of tons of great x-skiing, march madness, end of the year x-ski party, and hanging with the family. I saw something I had never seen before and was in awe of how mother nature works. I skied by an open field and spooked 2 bald eagles who flew over to a tree with 4 m

Thank you!!! Thank you for all your positive comments and prayers for our family with the recent passing of my father John.  We are all doing really well.  I feel incredibly blessed to have had him as my father. What an incredible life he lived.  He loved serving people and had a big heart for

It is very important to take time off from your daily routine and go out and adventure life.  While I'm pretty good at doing this, sometimes you need to just get away to appreciate all that you do have and get a fresh jump start to all the great opportunities that life has to offer. • How are you doing?

Yesterday was a crazy day for Viking-Packer fans.  We did an informal survey at our office with patients and 36 favored the pack and 34 went for the Vikes to win.  Pretty darn close and the game delivered for the Viking  and Favre fans.  Here is a guy who turns 40 this week. How is he as good
  • Chicago Cubs, coaching starts

I'm back from an incredible weekend in the windy city Chicago.  Connor and I had an incredible time! My highlight was a Cubs game and Connor's was the Museum of Science and Industry.  If you ever get to Chicago check out this museum.  It is truly incredible.  The jet hanging from the ceiling
