30 pounds in 11 weeks

The weight loss program I use at our clinic is working fantastic.  Today I had a client break 200 pounds.  She was 230 pounds when she started and through the neuro-metabolic weight loss program she is down 30 pounds in 11 weeks.  The key to her success was sticking to the program.  She says it’s not that hard.  The biggest thing she has noticed is the increase in her energy and all her aches and pains are gone.  At church yesterday she said people were coming up to her and complimenting how good she looked and if she had lost weight.

It’s really fun when I can share success stories like this.  Not everybody loses 30 pounds in 11 weeks.  It all depends on their physiology.  The sicker you are the harder it is initially.  Many people have autoimmune problems or blood sugar problems and a host of other disease states.  You have to get healthy first, once you do then the weight comes off.

If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off once and for all and getting your life back next monday night 6:30 pm at my office I’m holding a weight loss seminar that goes over the details of the program.  This will fill up fast so sign up with me or call Mary, 715-294-3100

The pool will be open soon!!

Wow, what a day yesterday. 75 and sunny!  After Easter brunch at moms I came home and washed 4 cars.  Just sandals and shorts on taking in the heat of the sun felt so good.  It was a blessing to feel the sun on the body.  It gave me energy.  It’s been since September since I’ve felt that type of warmth.  I’m going to put that feeling in the bank of my mind when it’s cold out next winter and savor the memory of the first summer like day.

I went cross country skiing for 2 hours Saturday with Tom Miester at Big Rock Creek Farm.  They had a good 3-6 inch base and skiing was excellent.  The ski’s are officially put away until next November.

With the weather improving outside there is no excuse to sit inside and not enjoy the beautiful weather.  It’s great to see people out walking.  It seem like there is a 5 month lockdown where you don’t see any of your neighbors.  Then they all come out of hibernation once it gets nice.  It’s great to see everyone out and about enjoying the sun, heat, and the hope of spring and summer.

That’s it for this week, don’t forget about the workshop monday night.  If you want to jump start your life then this is for you.   Until then, make it a fantastic day!!!  Dr. E

  • Is your health as healthy as the the Packer offense?

You know how much I love sports, especially football in the fall. This past weekend was a huge sports weekend in the twin cities. The Gophers had homecoming against the Cornhuskers of Nebraska. I've got to be honest, it was the most boring game I've been to since they opened the new stadium. Che

  • Successful start to your day.

I bet most of you got to bed a little late last night if you watched the entire Packer Viking blowout. I was in bed by end of 3rd quarter. Riley had 6 am basketball practice this morning, and even though I thought the Vikes defense looked good at times they are no match for Rodgers and that Packer
