Ok, it’s still minus 17 as I write this blog. I was out yesterday to Rock Creek skiing for 90 minutes and it wasn’t bad at all. I felt it was worse skiing on Saturday when I was out. Get out there and try your luck at cross country skiing. The number one sport to get fit and drop the weight while increasing lean muscle mass. Watch out for hte deer out there, just about ran into one yesterday.
